As summer is upon us, and the Holy Week 휴일 airfare promos have arrived, the Official Gazette of the Republic of the 필리핀 has released an infographic of the summary of air passengers’ rights. This is based on the Joint DOTC-DTI Admin. Order No. 1 or the Air Passenger Bill of Rights.
You can check out the major rights of an air passenger: (1) Right to be provided with accurate information before purchase, (2) Right to receive the full value of the 서비스 purchased, and (3) Right to compensation; with details on air passenger rights in case of flight delays, flight cancellation, lost, delayed or damaged baggage, and the right to sufficient processing 시간 for flight check-in.
